Eve Ensler's call for a global protest against gender-based violence and rape culture has inspired us. The National Council of Women's Organizations (NCWO) and the Global Issues Task Force are planning to rally on Valentines Day 2013 to join with women and those who love them all over the world. We will dance, celebrate, and send out the call for an end to violence against women and girls.
