12pm to 12:30 ~ gather and rally in Monument Square, Portland, ME
12:30 ~ MARCH to USM Woodbury Campus Center
1:30 to 4pm (at USM) ~ there will be performances, speakers, poetry, drumming, and of course DANCING and so much more!
